Emily MacDonald-Korth is an art preservation specialist working in art conservation and research, fine art and collections consulting, and historic paint analysis. MacDonald-Korth has worked on conservation and technical analysis projects across the United States, in China, and in Italy. Along with treatment of painted surfaces, her professional interests include architectural paint research and analysis, conservation treatment design and testing, graphic documentation, data management, and data visualization; she has published, lectured, and taught in these areas. MacDonald-Korth is a graduate of the Winterthur/University of Delaware Program in Art Conservation where she earned a Master of Science degree in Art Conservation, with a specialty in the conservation of paintings.
